Shalhevet was a beautiful 10-month old baby who lived with her family in the holy city of Hebron. One evening her parents were home preparing to take baby Shalhevet to visit her grandparents. Sadly, the visit would never occur. Shalhevet was placed in a stroller inches from her father while her mother finished packing for the trip in another room. While the family prepared for what they thought would be a happy family outing a Palestinian sniper caught baby Shalhevet in the crosshairs of his high-powered rifle.
