SCHIP SHOCKER Even I, who thought I'd learned to expect nothing but the most disgustingly foolish and inane actions from President Chimpy was STUNNED to see him veto the SCHIP program funding increase. If there was ever a huge clue that we are dealing with a mentally disordered person who has zero empathy and no clue what goes on outside his own empty head - that was it.
