March 8 - International Women's Day

Image
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY International Women's Day has been observed since in the early 1900's, a time of great expansion and turbulence in the industrialized world that saw booming population growth and the rise of radical ideologies. 1908 Great unrest and critical debate was occurring amongst women. ...Putting Gender First This Time

But despite giving birth to two wonderful children, I am still INFERTILE. The point is this: You had to have help (in my case a LOT of it... treatments nowadays would have made this easier... but... oh well!) to do what most women do naturally and easily. You body doesn't work the way a woman's body should. And with PCOS a lot of other things happen that aren't pleasant. You may be a mother but you will always be infertile. An ethical debate has arisen in Israel now over ova donations to help infertile couples. Religious persons may say one thing but believe me -- when you long for a child with your heart and soul -- religion is the last thing someone might care about. (Not all... ...
