Reverse Discrimination Case Hits Supreme Court

This is about time! Since we all heard about RACISM during the election ad naseaum, wonder how long before FauxBama and his bots start screaming about it? Inside the New Haven Fire Department, however, skin color has put them on opposite sides of a lawsuit that could transform hiring procedures nationwide. This week, the Supreme Court will consider the reverse discrimination claim of Marcarelli and a group of white firefighters. They all passed a promotion exam, but the city threw out the test because no blacks would have been promoted, saying the exam had a "disparate impact" on minorities likely to violate the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Barack Hussein Obama troubles me deeply. What really troubles me is his lack of cohesive plans to help the ills of the U.S. and his cult-figure like sweep through the youth and ultra-liberal/ sick of Republicans people of the U.S. I am sick of the Neocons too but I also know, Obama ain't the answer - at least this election cycle. And unfortunately, the people of the United States and Superdelegates aren't engaging their brains but falling it lock step with the Cult of Obama. Scary.
