IF YOU CAN'T BEAT 'EM, BE SILENTLY COMPLICIT I have a personal philosophy about people. I have shared it with others, hoping they would argue with me and tell me I was incorrect. So far history, humanity and my friends have done neither. They all tell me I am right on. What is it? : You meet the 10 basic personality types you are ever going to meet by the time you graduate high school. You just keep meeting them over & over & over & over again. Sometimes they are older, a different sex, different race or religion... but at their core - its those same 10 idiots. Ad infinitum. There are those on both sides of the aisle who sweep ALL Republicans, ALL Democrats, ALL Liberals, etc into the same basket. Pundit-punching groups with a sweep of the keyboard. Intellectual midgets at work! When will the radical right wing give up with using the MSM to flip off the rest of us? Giving liberals the Bronx cheer with "the surge is working" mantra not far behind?...

SAFER WITH CHRISTIANS IN CHARGE? By now, unless you've been in a cave for the last week, everyone knows or heard what Ann Coulter said about Jews needing to be perfected. I blogged about it myself. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to realize Ann loves selling books and doing paid speaking engagements. Those little black dresses and teeny thongs cost big money! And Ann's hate speech and stupidity make news, news creates interest and interest sells books and keeps Ann in the spotlight. That nasty mouth of hers is P.R. even money can't buy. Disaster sells. Unfortunately. (just look at all the press Brittany gets later) But both Coulter and Justice Scalia get it wrong about merging religion and government. Something our founding fathers knew for sure was a recipe for disaster. ANN COULTER IS A TRULY STUPID WOMAN In our home growing up, my Nana of blessed memory (who lived with us) would never allow my brother or I to use the word "stupid."
