Shrinks Not Buying the 'Too Devout' Defense

It always amuses me is when a pathological person gets into court and tries to "sell" their twisted version of reality to a judge and ultimately gets called on it. Oh, the sicko NEVER admit they were wrong but it's heartening to see that some judges do not buy their lies.

It's also validating because so many pathologicals make their victims crazy and push them over the edge by insisting it "never happened" or they "never said/ did that" or "it's them not me."

The reasoning behind this one is beyond laughable. It's even sadder when these guys hide behind religion. (Any religion)


HASIDIC 'RAPIST' FIT FOR TRIAL

Shrinks aren't buying a 23-year-old Hasid's claim that he can't assist in his defense against charges of rape and child pornography because he's too devout to look at the photographic evidence.

David Silverman, of Rockland County, has been found mentally fit to proceed on charges that he and two buddies lured three Westchester County girls, ages 14 and 15, to a porn set near the Javits Center, where they allegedly got them drunk and photographed the resulting orgy.

Defense lawyer Israel Fried admitted that a plea may be the best course to avoid more prison time.

"A lawyer I am," he said. "A magician I am not."

Online Dating - Bad No Matter What There isn't enough money or influence in all the world to get me to do online dating. Ever. I won't forget your behavior and hypocrisy but I am starting to forgive because of the stand-up way you've handled everything Because you did something very few men who get caught do. YOU OWNED YOUR BEHAVIOR. You didn't deny or act like it didn't happen. You didn't project that you were targetted and harrassed. You didn't put it all out there because of your family, that's understandable - but you admitted you did something wrong and you showed a lot of class in resigning.
